This has been the best experience of my life at an auto repair shop! They have technology that helps give us the customer a view and reasoning and condition of what our vehicle needs! They are very patient and are able to help! I had a water pump issue in my engine and as many of us know that is a very labor intensive process. They got it done in 2 days and with quality. They offer an included 2 year warranty with everything they replaced and did. They took care of me and I have no doubt they will take care of you! I highly recommend them!
First time going here- not only did they get my alternator replaced in a quick amount of time, but they also did some additional small repairs that I was not expecting! They were very kind, and it was nice to have an auto repair shop not try to sell more fixes right away, just suggestions of what needs to be looked at in the future! Wonderful place.
November 4th 2022 Koplins replaced a starter that had recently been purchased somewhere else and turned out to be bad. They sent me a list with pictures of things that could be worked on, but only fixed the things that I asked them to.They are very professional. quoted me the price and that's exactly what they charged me. Will definitely use them again if needed.
Good service and does fantastic work pricing can be a little more than other local shops but when I bring it here I know I won't be cheated and will get the work done right the first time.
Great spot, went here for a transmission fluid flush since my normal place i go couldn't. They went above my expectations. Highly recommend if you care about your car.
They were able to get me in the next day. I left it at their shop. They called me the same day and said it was finished. I picked it up and the bill was what they said it would be. Issue was fixed successfully. Fast, Accurate, Affordable Service!
This is the best place I've been to had to change my alternater cause battery light was on and it was bad took it in this afternoon and got it back the same day in 4 hours.
They were very professional and did a great job fixing my tail light. I haven’t had a problem with it since they fixed it. They also inspected my car and let me know what maintenance issues needed to be addressed.
Cory is AMAZING! The whole team works great. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday, they told me they would be able to start on it that Friday. On Tuesday they called and told me exactly what was wrong and how much it would be to repair. My vehicle was COMPLETELY repaired and I picked it up on Thursday, the day before they said they would be able to start on it!
I've been using Koplin Auto for several years now and have never had a bad experience. Their team is friendly and professional. They take the time to answer all of my questions in terms I can understand. Sometimes you have to make practical choices about an old Buick, and I appreciate that they offer me options and information without trying to push a sale.

Koplin is my go to in car maintenance and repairs. They treat you like family and have the best customer service I have ever experienced in auto care. You can set up appointments online and get text updates of your repairs, which is so easy and convenient. Also, super affordable and trustworthy!

Koplin was very thorough, not only checking my initial problem but inspecting the rest of the car for any future problems. I received a list of all the fluids compared to the clean versions and pictures of any concerning areas. Their full diagnostics opened my eyes and gave me a timeline for future risks that no other auto care place has ever given me. The best part was I didn’t even have to ask they just cared enough about Service to make sure I was safe on the road.
I highly recomend here over a dealership. Super quick, amazing customer service, had to get my clutch fixed and they know what they are doing amd finish in a timely manner.

They were extremely helpful. I do not know much about cars but they took their time and walked me through things I didnt know anything about. My car originally went in for diagnosis. They showed me pictures about things they found along the way. They also give rides so you dont have to worry how you'll get home which was a lifesaver. Always had a friendly demeanor about them.

Took my 11 yr old pick-up in for transmission fluid and coolant change. I also had them change the original radiator hoses and thermostat. The work was completed in a professional and timely manner. The truck runs and shifts perfectly. I tow our 34' 7,500 lb camper with no problems.
Traveling though Freemont I purchased a Chevy Tracker and had them install a base plate for towing. They understood that I was passing through and got me in right away. They did exceptional work at a very reasonable price. Family owned for I think around 100 years. Great folks that are serious mechanics. I would highly recommend them. I believe they can work on anything.
I had never used these guys before but every place I called was saying that it would be hours or days before they could get me in. The guys at Koplin got me in quickly and did a great job. This is Great shop and I will use them going forward.
We had a truck brought in for inspection before purchase, and these guys were fantastic. They worked us in the same day, and were very thorough in the report they sent me. They were also very reasonable on price. Mike took the time to talk the diagnosis over with me and he explained things that I had questions over – he was very personable. I would recommend anyone to go see these guys, they'll take care of you! They helped us avoid purchasing a big lemon.
The folks at Koplin have treated me fairly and well for years. Both of my parents take their vehicles there as well. Always get honest quotes and prices, and solid work. I've never been disappointed with my experiences, and will keep going to this fine establishment for as long as I live in Fremont.
The work they performed was excellent and I appreciate the thorough inspection of the vehicle! I really like the report that was sent via text. I also appreciate that they don't use high pressure sales tactics to push their services.
Got in the next day and Cory assisted me with a warranty claim flawlessly. Very pleased, highly recommend.. After a week and some cold temperatures I noticed the drivers side vents were blowing cool air, but passenger side was warm air. Took back in and less than 30 minutes later problem solved. Both sides blowing hot air. Thanks for the speedy service.. Still very pleased..

This place not only took extremely great care of me and my vehicles last minutes sometimes, but they are amazing at treating my Grandma wonderfully! Its wonderful to know that there is an honest automotive shop that will treat her fair and kind and has her best interest in mind. It definetly helps put my mind at ease! I would greatly recommend anyone to take their vehicles to these amazing mechanics!
Coming back into town with a pickup full of water to donate, I ended up with a fast leak in my tire. Took my truck to koplins, and Corey fixed it right away, and given the circumstances he even said it was on the house. Thank you so much Corey! I was able to drop everything off after that with no issues! It’s easy to find a mechanic, but it’s hard to find a good shop with good people running it, my girlfriend and I will definitely stick with you guys, and recommend you to our friends and family!

I had my 12 year old van in for a full day of periodic type things and an inop. A/C that had failed sometime over the winter. They took care of everything, reasonably priced, the boss Cory even picked me up to get my car back. I took it out this morning and checked everything out on a nice drive and could not be more pleased. They even washed it, looks great. Good job guys.
